Océanis 45 (S) This version is unique!

As we age, we have decided to sell our sailboat "La Désirade".

"A unique Océanis" purchased new in 2018 with the goal of optimizing a standard Océanis 45 to make it a livelier and more efficient sailboat mainly in light winds, while maintaining its qualities of very high comfort and safety for sailing as a couple.

With the architect's advice and the collaboration of professionals, we increased the surface area of the mainsail by replacing the standard sail with a square-top mainsail.

For this, the arch was not installed, the mainsail tackle is in the cockpit with a new lowered boom to allow for easy sail furling.

As an experienced and extremely meticulous owner, everything on the boat has been optimized. The very complete equipment is in excellent condition (See list). Last maintenance work in April 2025, antifouling, engine service, hull and deck polish....

The interior, in its original version with 3 cabins, is close to new.

Returning from Greece, we are currently sailing towards France (Port St Louis du Rhône). The boat will be available there at the end of June with no costs to anticipate.

In this version, the Océanis 45 S is a magnificent cruising sailboat.
