Standard Features

The Nimbus Nova 35 HT is a robust motorboat offering high safety, user-friendliness, and excellent seakeeping abilities.

The Nimbus Nova 35 HT is an exciting hybrid between a playful walkaround and a long-distance overnight cruiser that can be fully enclosed against the elements. The boat showcases uncompromising build quality with beautiful polished surfaces, an innovative layout, excellent use of natural light, and exceptional engine room sound insulation.

 

Layout

The boat offers easy movement throughout. Simple access to the aft section. The large swim platform features a shower with hot and cold water and ample storage space.

Wide and sturdy side decks (walkaround) covered with teak.

Spacious cockpit with fixed benches, cushions, and a cockpit table.

Inside the wheelhouse, there is a bright and comfortable salon with a corner sofa, a fold-out lacquered teak table, a galley, and a well-arranged helm station. The galley includes a countertop with a gas stove, a sink, a bar cabinet, drawers, and a refrigerator.

The wheelhouse has a hardtop with a large sunroof and downlights in the ceiling.

From the wheelhouse, there is a staircase leading down to the cabins and bathroom.

The lower salon features two good-sized cabinets, one with a hanging section. There is ample storage under the bed and behind the backrests. Additionally, there is storage under the table, mattress, and floorboards.

The boat is equipped with a diesel heater with heating outlets in all rooms.

In the bow, there is a double bed.

Midships, there is a guest cabin with a wide double berth (160 x 200 cm). The guest cabin has storage under the seating bench and a cabinet with hanging space.

The bathroom features a faucet and shower with hot and cold water, as well as an electric toilet.

 

Seakeeping Abilities

The Nimbus 35 Nova is a joy to drive, and its quick response provides excellent performance. With its stable three-section hull, it handles well at sea and is easy to maneuver, even in rough conditions.

A bow thruster is installed for easy docking and maneuvering in tight harbors.

The boat is CE-certified as a Class B motorboat ("offshore").

 

Engine and Mechanics

Equipped with two new (2016) Volvo Penta D4 diesel engines, each with 260 hp, totaling 520 hp. Only 360 engine hours.

VP Duoprop drives (also new in 2016). Maximum speed of 36-37 knots. Bow thruster for precise maneuvering in confined waters.
