Structural FEA calculation

- Structural analysis with 3D mesh, including full modelling of the boat lamination

- Calculation of stresses and safety margins - Sizing and final optimisation of lamination plan All components are laminated by infusion in female moulds. All components are vacuum infused with epoxy resin using:

- multi-axial glass fibres and additional unidirectional carbon fibres for increased stiffness and strength

- CORECELL™ core for hulls, deck, superstructures and all main composite parts and for bulkheads and secondary structures and subjected to a final post-cure to optimise mechanical characteristics.

The hulls, nacelle bottom, float front deck, and bridge deck are infused in one piece, with no joints, bonding or lamination joints. This provides optimum rigidity for the lightest possible weight.

The primary bulkheads are glued and laminated on both sides. The deck is also laminated as a single component, with all deck accessory supports in a monolithic laminate, marine plywood and high density foam for high load areas such as winch supports, plugs, lifting rings and fittings. The hull-deck joint area is bonded with structural adhesive and fully laminated to achieve a monolithic structure, using bi-axial fibres to maximise load distribution.

The drifts are vacuum infused with epoxy resin using biaxial fibres, unidirectional carbon and high density foam.

The daggerboard wells are laminated and reinforced with unidirectional carbon and wrapped with biaxial fibres.

The hulls are built with 4 watertight bulkheads and 4 watertight chests for total safety in case of impact.

The entire lamination process and all its parameters are strictly controlled and documented by a specific Quality Control procedure.

INTERIOR

All glass is tempered safety glass.

The furniture is made with :

• Veneer with real teak on the inside and outside of the furniture.

• Sandwich of balsa wood

• 2 wood species are available as standard in the ALPI collection: Teak and Oak.

Other choices are available as an option. The floors are made of high quality synthetic wood for easy maintenance.

LIVING ROOM

Comfortable and spacious living room with 360° visibility given by the full glazing. All furniture is made to measure from high quality, impact resistant real wood, with balsa sandwich for lightness and mechanical strength.

Large U-shaped settee to port with comfortable cushions.

Large storage space under the seats.

Dining table seats 8-10 and converts to a bed.

Spacious cupboard in front of the settee for fridge and storage.

1 x 220V AC power socket.

LED lighting. UPHOLSTERY

Interior upholstery covered with UV-stable, durable and light technical fabrics.

All cushions are made of high-strength foam and removable covers, the back is made of a net for optimal ventilation, available in different standard colours.

Large chest of drawers with 4 drawers for navigation charts and books.
